Do you have Jetson Nano for testing?
If you have Jetson Nano for testing, you can refer to this post to test single channel:

What are the alternatives for the nano testing and what could be the problem. I have used other arducam camera with my jetson NX that works just fine for me. The problem happened when I was trying this module for the first time. I sit a physical problem with the camera module itself or other.

At the moment I am not sure what the problem is,
It may be the hardware is damaged, or it may be a firmware issue,
So I want you to test the single channel. If all channels have no problems, it means that there is a firmware problem. If there are also problems with the single channel, then there may be a hardware problem.

I have to mention that even when the cameras are covered, the channel of the third camera is perturbed with noise. I have tried changing the camera cables and still same problem.

You can also try to swap the camera of channel 3 and channel 4, so that we can confirm whether the problem is on the camera or on the HAT.

When I swap camera 3 and 4, I have the forth channel doesn’t work.

It seems that the HAT is not damaged but the camera is damaged.
You can contact your sales to replace this camera.
