Read Camera onboard LDR values through python code

Hi,
I am using B0270 12MP IMX477 motorized IR cut camera with Raspberry Pi 5 (running Bookworm OS).
Is there any route through by which I can access the status of LDR on board of camera. Or I can get in which mode the camera is?
