When I use this script, how should I go about getting the exposure and trigger in the same loop?

Is it okay if we keep the trigger pin high for 1 ms, then take the data with cv2.imread, then pull the trigger to low, pull the strobe leg high, wait 3.5 ms and pull the strobe leg to low?

usb cam fps rate = 50
