What hardware/platform were you working on?
Raspberry Pi 5, Bookworm OS,dtoverlay=imx296. The cameras run fine; this is purely a mechanical integration question. -

I checked the following and could not find a mechanical drawing:

The only dimensional data I can find is “Camera Board Size 38 x 38 mm” and “13 mm lens holder height”.

Could you provide a 2D mechanical drawing and, if available, a STEP file for B0445? I am designing a custom mounting bracket to integrate these modules into a robot platform, and I need the following:
- Board outline with tolerances
- Mounting hole positions (hole-to-hole pitch in X and Y) and hole diameter
- Total Z height from PCB bottom surface to the front face of the M12 lens holder, and PCB thickness
- Lens holder outer diameter and its position relative to the board outline
- Keep-out / clearance around the 22-pin FPC connector on the back side
