I would not recommend doing that as it may cause damage to the camera.

Does Arducam have an IMX462-based camera without the filter?

If there were any ir stop filter separately attached in the lens, then you could remove that. But if it is the property of the lens glass/plastic, then you need to buy M12 mount ir pass lens.
