Increasing the fps for a camera

Hello I have a 18 MP camera, I want to use the resolution 4912x3684 resolution. This config file: AR1820_MIPI_4Lane_RAW10_10b_4912x3684.cfg
However, the fps is only around 5 fps. Is it possible to increase the fps to say 120 with the config file?

NO, it is unable to reach 5fps on 4912x3684 resolution.
