1. I want to know if I will be able to capture clear pictures without blur for an object around 15 cm away from camera moving at a speed of 500 mm/sec on the x and y axis (20 cm up and down).
2. Also I want to understand how the pan tilt zoom work, are they auto like they change based on the object camera is focussing on or it is fixed and can be changed only manually?

To photograph moving objects without motion blur you need to set the exposure time to be small:

Unfortunately, both Zoom and Focus currently require manual settings.
