Imx678 and imx585 with raspberry pi

Does these cameras work with raspberry pi 4, and can I control them with libcamera-vid or rpicam-vid?

They are UVC 3.0 camera modules. The libcamera software stack is designed for MIPI cameras on the Raspberry Pi platform.
I recommend using Vlc or qv4l2 to drive them on your Pi 4.
