IMX519 16MP Autofocus Camera Command with Raspberry pi 4

I am using raspberry pi 4 64bit bullseye with Picam2 Python,
there is need Commands as follows

  1. Shutter
  2. Digital Gain
  3. Framerate

Please let me know how to set with Picam2 set
