IMX477 UVC Camera Adapter Board for 12MP Raspberry Pi HQ Camera cannot change settings manually

  1. Where did you get the camera module(s)?
    amazon

  2. Model number of the product(s)?
B0278 IMX477 UVC Camera Adapter Board for 12MP Raspberry Pi HQ Camera

  3. What hardware/platform were you working on?
Windows + raspberry pi hq camera

  4. Instructions you have followed. (link/manual/etc.)
    Manual

  5. Problems you were having?
Cannot manually adjust the settings (brightness, saturation, hue, etc) on AMCap provided by Arducam, and ffmpeg. It’s always the auto-settings running. My other cameras work well with the same software and ffmpeg.

  6. The dmesg log from your hardware?

  7. Troubleshooting attempts you’ve made?
    Re-install the driver

  8. What help do you need?
Is there anyway to change the settings (saturaion, exposure, brightness, etc) manually? Otherwise, it’s useless for me since I’m doing IR tracking.

Hi,
I have sent you the firmware update tool in the email. Please check it.

Hi,
I’m having exactly the same problem with the same setup.
If you have any possible solution could you send or possibly publish it?

details:
B0278 board connected to HQ camera. Image works fine, I can change resolution but nothing else.
Tested on windows and linux across multiple platforms and applications, same result everywhere.
I also have B0280 Camera Bundle which works fine with in all tested setups.
