I found the problem - low cpu speed on fimware upgrade. For some reason firmware upgrade unstable on low cpu speed. Once I turn performance scaling governor “echo performance | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor” I was able to finish firmware upgrade without errors and now camera works fine.
