I want to know Features of PTZ camera?

I am interested in PTZ camera, I want to know more detailed features about it

  1. May I read focus distance value when I change it?
    2.May I control the Pan /Tilt angle to dedicated value?
  2. Could Motors with Magnetic Encoder be used for Pan/Tilt ？I want to get accurate angle value.
