How to enable strobe on IMX462 arducam

    i want to make synchronize between LED and shutter
    i see on the PCB there’s pin for strobe, but when i check on scope, there’s no signal there
    how can i enable the strobe signal on IMX462 arducam board ?

You can refer to the following link, you need to enter the external trigger mode

i got this error:

Sorry, I just checked the firmware of this camera, for this camera, we just reserved those two feet, which are not used, and are not currently supported.

thanks for reply, we buy many of this, how do we know its support for this ? does some version is mark on the board, and is the mark for it

Do you buy a lot of different products?

You can tell me their sku number and I’ll check it out for you.
Currently we don’t have a mark to distinguish them.

we buy alot of SKU#: B0333

so, there’s no support for this camera for synch LED ?
is there any way that this camera can support it ( maybe FW update )
we use this camera ( IMX462 sensor ) because of the capability for dark image
if it can support we might want to use this for our product

Currently B0333 is not supported, firmware upgrade is possible, but we have no plan to upgrade this function for this camera at present, if you buy a lot, you can contact [email protected]
