How can I take raw video with the Dual OV2311?

I would like to ask a basic question. How can I take raw video with the dual OV2311 camera?

Ideally if possible with the rpicam-vid application since the gstreamer gst-launch-1.0 is not working well. But if not possible, then gstreamer instructions would be fine too
