Error to build USBTest GUI application in Visual_Studio_2019: Error LNK1104

I am trying to build the Windows GUI application using Visual_Studio_2019

Error LNK1104: cannot openfile “ArduCamlib.lib” appears for both Win32 and x64 compilation.

Any suggestions about how to fix this issue. Thanks !
