Connect StereoArray 1MP to PC

Hi,

we have the Camarray HAT (UC-512) and the standard two cameras connected to it (UC-788 Rev-B). We made them work with a Raspberry Pi. Is it possible to connect them directly to a windows/linux PC without the RaspberryPi in between? For instance with a USB shield (we have UC-425) lying around.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
