Confused about the Mega 3MP tutorial

Hi, im having issues trying to connect the arducam with an raspberry pi pico (w), i followed the instructions and downloaded the latest github examples (3.0.0 if im not wrong). it compiles but when im trying to use the arducam app it shows an paser timeout error.
i already tried the camara module with an arduino uno and it worked fine but with both raspberries it gives out the same error.

i have tried searching for solutions but only get videos based on the tutorial on the arducam page, and im also quite confused since the page is already a couple years old and i dont know if some elements are outdated like the hardware conections, since its based on a older version of Arduinos mbed os rp2040 boards and an older version of the github.
