    I am not able to perform and hardware autofocus using ArducamSDK

    Could you provide a solution built-in or using external lib (opencv) to perform autofocus on a ROI with 108Mp Arducam USB3 Shield Camera ?

terribly sorry. For this camera, the autofocus function is currently not implemented.
