Arducam OV9281 monochrome camera module not working on Jetson Nano devkit

Hello,

I’m using OV9281 ArduCAM camera module on jetson Nano devkit from Nvidia. For installation and testing I followed the docs listed at Quick Start Guide - Arducam Wiki. I have checked the physical cables connecting to the cameras, which remains fine. The v4l2 drivers are also installed. But the device isn’t detected by the Jetson Nano.
