Hello,
I need to find the distance of an object from my Raspberry Pi 4 board.
I hope to find a 2 camera stereo product that can do that.
You have a 2 camera product ;- 1MP*2 OV9281 Global Shutter Monochrome Stereoscopic Camera Bundle Kit for Raspberry Pi .
How can I use python code and RPI4 board to use that product to show distance ?
Can that product be calibrated using the standard calibration method ? ;-
Calibration example ;- GitHub - erencanbulut/rpi_stereo_cam_calibration: This repository provides a complete pipeline to calibrate a Raspberry Pi based stereo camera setup using OpenCV. You’ll be able to compute disparity maps and estimate depth from a calibrated stereo rig.
Do you have a video that shows each step in calibration, and then showing depth data ?
But ….
If Arducam has a different ( special ) method for showing distance from the Arducam stereo Cameras, where is the detailed information about that ?
