  2. Model number of the product(s)? B0205

  3. What hardware/platform were you working on? Raspberry Pi running Klipper

  4. Instructions you have followed. (link/manual/etc.) Included manual does not give instructions other than plug in USB and use a windows program that won’t work for my Pi 4B

  5. Problems you were having? When I plug into my laptop I can get the camera to work fine. When plugged into either of my Raspberry Pi 4B computers, it won’t display any video.

  6. The dmesg log from your hardware?

  7. Troubleshooting attempts you’ve made? I’ve tried different resolutions in Klipper, changed the ‘service’ listed in mainsail and still can’t get an image
