64MP error after 7 weeks working fine

Hello

I would like to bring to your attention an issue that has arisen with my working system that incorporates a 64MP camera. The system ran wonderfully. I did not make any updates. There are no other services running on the system. It is only running for the camera. Recently, the camera’s picture quality became extremely blurry without any apparent cause from one moment to another. Subsequently, the camera has been producing errors and I have been unable to rectify the issue on my own.

I would appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this matter.

Thank you.

  1. Where did you get the camera module(s)?
    Arducam Online Store

  2. Model number of the product(s)?
    New 64mp Hawkeye (arducam_64mp)

  3. What hardware/platform were you working on?
    Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.2
    4GB RAM aarch64 GNU/Linux

  4. Instructions you have followed. (link/manual/etc.)
    arducam_64mp_pi_camera_manual.pdf
    (downloaded from Arducam website)

  5. Problems you were having?
These errors occur each time a libcamera command is issued:
