64mp always blurry, never focus

I have setup the following program: GitHub - ayufan/camera-streamer: High-performance low-latency camera streamer for Raspberry PI's

But my images are always out of focus and/or blurry.

I have set AfMode to 2 (for continous) and when I do AfTrigger (autofocus trigger) nothing happens.

Images taken with libcamera-still are not in focus neither.

Fixed it by setting it in the app to AfMode=0

which version of libcamera are you using?
