Using Arducam 1MP*4 Quadrascopic Camera Bundle with 2 cameras

Hi,

I recently bought an Arducam 1MP*4 Quadrascopic Camera Bundle.
This product is designed to work with 4 cameras but, at the time being, I am only interested in using two. From the page linked it is said it can work with two cameras “Support Two/Three/Four MIPI camera side-by-side combine, channel 0/1/2/3 software switching on the fly” but I did not find how to set it up to use two cameras.

Thanks for your business. Don’t worry and I will try my best to help you.

Now, our camarray hat firmware only supports 4 cameras with full resolution mode.

For other mode, you needs customization.

Let me know if you need more help.

Ok, at the time being I’m doing prototyping work, so if it needs customization I think I’ll just keep the 2 other cameras on and crop the merged video in software.

I bought a Camarray – Arducam 1MP (OV9782 Color) Quad-Camera Bundle Kit,
and I have the exact same request, use only 2 of the 4 cameras to begin with.
Are there new configuration possibilities since last reply almost a year ago
