  3. What hardware/platform were you working on? Raspberry pi 5

  4. Instructions you have followed. (link/manual/etc.) Arducam instructions, quick start.

  5. Problems you were having? Very grainy, poor image with a bright green spot in the same location.

  6. The dmesg log from your hardware? Failed to resubmit Video URB (-1),
    Non-zero status (-71)

  7. Troubleshooting attempts you’ve made? Arducam support is on holiday. Tried different PCs using Windows, Linux and Raspberry.

  8. What help do you need?
    Need the camera to function. Captured stills cannot be opened as bmp, jpg, jpeg or png.
    Unable to upload pic, keeps saying error:
    Sorry, there was an error uploading 20241004_101813.png. Please try again.

This also occured on the support form for me.

Also, is there an adapter to use mipi instead? The USB adapter isn’t fitted for mipi.
