Unable to access the arduCam stream OpenCV's VideoCapture

Hello Team,

We are unable to pass our Arducam pi camera ( Full HD global shutter camera for Raspberry PI 2.3MP) input to one of Opev CV based module using Cv2.Videocapture function.
We tried to follow the possible solution provided on below thread but no luck. We tried installing the .whl files with correct driver but we are still getting following error
“ERROR: libcamera-1.0.1-cp37-cp37m-linux_armv7l.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.”

Following are my system config
python -V → Python 3.9.2

You can try the code I wrote, pay attention to install the environment according to the readme first
