Hello, the documentation over here mentioned that it is required to use 5V 4A power supply for raspberry pi since the ToF camera consumes 3.5W (5V 0.7A). Given that it is compatible with the pi Zero 2 W and that it uses micro-usb which may not be able to supply large current, is it possible to supply power to the ToF camera with external power supply?

Pi Zero 2W can supply the ToF camera with its GPIO pins（actually, the ToF camera doesn’t need 5V/4A）.
Hence, you don’t need an extra external power supply to use the ToF camera on Pi Zero.
