If you are using Raspberry Pi 3/4, you have to run the command sudo ./firmware_update -m sku_b0444 -i 10 because the i2c bus is on 10, not 4.
You don’t need to extract this compressed file. Please delete the whole archive file and download .zip file from the Google link above to your Pi 3 again. Then unzip it and run the command sudo ./firmware_update -m sku_b0444 -i 10 to update the firmware.
