in the latest picamera2, libcamera and libcamera-apps releases is autofocus included. Do I still need the patched version from ArduCam to run my 16MP Autofocus IMX519 camera or can I use the default packages?

Sorry for the late reply. We were spending the Spring Festival during the past 10 days.
At the present, we still need to install the libcamera from Arducam website if you want to use picamera2 with 16mp camera.
