Ov5647 partially detected and black screen

  2. Model number of the product(s)? ov5647

  3. What hardware/platform were you working on? Raspberry pi4 4gb

  4. Instructions you have followed. (link/manual/etc.) Arducam_5MP_OV5647_NoIR_Motorized_IRcut_Filter_M12_Mount_LS_30188.pdf

  5. Problems you were having? if i open the camera with all the possible software i see black screen and errors: [0:00:57.756156741] [1684] ERROR RPI pipeline_base.cpp:1367 Camera frontend has timed out!
    [0:00:57.756173463] [1684] ERROR RPI pipeline_base.cpp:1368 Please check that your camera sensor connector is attached securely.
    [0:00:57.756189815] [1684] ERROR RPI pipeline_base.cpp:1369 Alternatively, try another cable and/or sensor.
    ERROR: Device timeout detected, attempting a restart!!!

  6. The dmesg log from your hardware?

  7. Troubleshooting attempts you’ve made? a lot of things but now im very confused

  8. What help do you need? try to see camera
