  1. What help do you need?
Help me to get this working or decide if I need to get a replacement.

Hi,
Please post the FFC you are using here.

best regards,
-Dion

Thank you!

Hi,
I’m not sure if it’s 30cm or not. Can u confirm it for me?
Additionally, do you have another FFC in your hand? If so, could you give it a shot?

Thank you, yes it is a 30cm.

I used that one and then a second 30cm, both which work with the raspberry pi camera module 3. I also tried a 20cm and a 15cm. All give the same results.

Hi,
Could you send dm me the order number? We will initiate the replacement process.

Im not sure how to dm in this forum?

Hi,
Just click on my profile and then click Message.

Oh, sorry. That button doesn’t appear for me. I sent it to the moderators group. Im not sure if that works.

Hi,
The time difference is a bit inconvenient.
Perhaps the easiest way to reach us would be by email at [email protected]. Please include a link to this forum thread and your order number.
Sorry for the time waste :((
