Specs:
Cam: OV5642
MC: XIAO ESP32C3
What i can do:
- Use the test code from ArduCAM
- Crop an image past defined res (i can read/write to cam registers)
- See JPEG image capture in Arducam host app.
What i can’t do:
- Set the camera to a mode where i can decode RGB.
- See properly decode RGB.
Furthest i have gotten is loading the test image(8 colours lined vertically across full res) and i decode the first and last one well (White first, black is the last most colour). the 7th colour is ignored and the others are not composed of the proper colour seperation.
I can provide code if need be however i am more interested in the proper way to initialize the camera to the proper settings, as decoding RGB565 once i know i have the right data is relatively simple.
