Sorry for my late reply. I just test the latest lib and it seems normal.
Notice for the Pi, The width is 32-bit aligned, and the height is 16-bit aligned.
So for the 1600x1300 raw1o image. The amount of data for the width should be 2016 and the height should be 1312. and the amount of the image data should be 2016*1312 = 2644992
(1600/8 *10 = 2000, 2000/32 = 62.5, 63x32=2016)
(1300/16=81.25. 82x16=1312)
