Hello I recently bought the MINI High Quality Camera imx477 for jetson nano. (https://www.arducam.com/product/arducam-high-quality-camera-for-jetson-nano-and-xavier-nx-12mp-m12-mount/)
When I try to use the nvgstcapture-1.0 --camsrc=1 --automate --capture-auto command, the captured image is blur. I think may be there is an issue to the camera focus.

Hi,
This camera uses an M12 lens that can be twisted to get the best focus. If you find out there’s an adhesive around the lens, you can use a heat gun or hair dry to melt it and then try twisting the lens to capture a clear image.

Sorry, I cannot figure out the lens distortion you mentioned. Afaik, you should see the lens distortion within a clear image. However, you can only get blurry images.
Not sure what you mean. Do you use the original lens?
For image focusing issue, I tried your solution and it worked perfectly.
Regarding to lens distortion I capture an image without blurring.

As you can notice the squares were captured as rectangles, especially in the vertical side.
