Hello,
I recently set up the Arducam 12MP Quadrascopic Camera Bundle Kit (B0397) on my Raspberry Pi 4B. The setup works perfectly when all four cameras/sensors are connected. However, I am encountering an issue when I attempt to use only two cameras.
When only two cameras are connected, the system fails to initialize, and I receive the following error message:

For context:
The camera kit works flawlessly with all four cameras connected.
I have verified the physical connections and confirmed the cameras are securely attached.
The Raspberry Pi is running Debian Bookworm, and I have libcamera installed.
The relevant configurations in /boot/firmware/config.txt are adjusted based on the Arducam documentation.
I have another kit set up on another raspberry few months ago and it works fine with only two sensors connected.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have insights into why the kit only works with all four cameras connected? Could this be related to software configuration or the device tree overlay?
