IMX477 cameras from Arducam are not detected with the multi-camera adapter B0473 on Jetson AGX Orin. After reinstalling the driver and rebooting, installing the driver and rebooting for 3-5 times, it sometimes works. Please advise how to fix the issue.
There’s potentially a problem with B0473 design, as it leans on the SSD of Jetson AGX Orin. Have you experienced issues with this setup?
Can you take a picture of the front and back of the camera board for me to see? I need to confirm the hardware version.
the camera is UC-698. Here’s the product we bought: Arducam MINI High Quality Camera with M12 mount lens for Jetson Nano and Xavier NX, 12.3MP 1/2.3 Inch IMX477 HQ Camera Module
I mean the front and back pictures of B0473. Because there are different versions of hardware in the meantime, I need to confirm the status.

This hardware version does have similar issues. We have upgraded the hardware and you can contact the market for replacement.
