Imx219 fixed focus camera ... out of focus

I work with 8 jetson boards and 16 cameras. The 8 boards run the same program. I use them as a kind of “google camera”; I shoot in the street to capture buildings,shops, etc … all around.
Three of the " imx219 fixed focus" give me out of focus image; I will say more than slightly but not completely blurry.
So I put new imx219 and it’s work.
The “bad” imx219 are “bad” on any of my jetson,

When I started to use them they gave me a clean sharp image then one day … pouf! out of focus
No shock, no bump, no dust … they look fine
Any ideas ?
