Hi,

I’m working on an application where I need to capture images of colored materials (green, red, blue).

For the kind of application I want to disable automatic white balance to avoid wrong colored images, because white balance is not working as expected because most part of the captured image contains a colored object.

My desireed solution is to connect the camera, disable the automatic white balance, and adjust the white balance temperature that better adjust to my application.

Here is when the issue appears, if I disable the automatic white balance before capturing any frame I ge the following result:

In the green histogram could be appreciated that there is not so much info on the green channel.

I suspect that the gains for R|G|B are initially not set producing this issue.

There is any way to fix this problem?

One possibility could be to enable white balance and disable it, but this procedure is highly affected with the color of the material captured by the camera.
