How to set the focus (+on startup)

I recently bought a ArduCam 5MP AF camera and installed it on my Raspberry Pi 3B+ to monitor my 3d prints trough Octoprint which worked perfectly fine.

But now I switched to Klipper and Fluidd. The camera shows up perfectly fine but now I don´t know how to adjust/set the focus without a Octoprint Plugin… (maybe trough command line, I really have no clue)

And if there is a way to do this I would like to set the focus permanent (on startup) as well, so that I don´t have to do it every time it reboots.
