I found on Github just an example to program the HM01B0 with C++:

Is there some help or guide or example how to work with the HM01B0 camera on a Pico or Pico W with MicroPython ?

I’m sorry to tell you that we do not have such examples with MicroPython. We just have a repository in C with HM01B0.
