I need to use the sensor extension cable (https://www.arducam.com/product/200mm-sensor-extension-cable-for-raspberry-pi-v2-v3-support-working-on-raspberry-pi-and-jetson/).
The connector is easy to pop off, but I’m not sure if I could go ahead pull the sensor off, or do I need to use a heat gun to warm it up a little?
An adhesive layer is present beneath the sensor assembly. To remove it, carefully apply low to medium heat using a heat gun or hair dryer, holding the tool 6–8 inches away to evenly soften the adhesive. Once the bonding material becomes pliable, gently detach the lens using steady, controlled pressure. Exercise caution throughout the process to avoid damaging sensitive components.
