Followed the instruction but getting black output in preview. Any ideas? It looks like it’s getting data from serial, but can’t put together the image.

Sorry for our instructions mislead you. the person_detect demo is using Arducam mini 2mp plus instead of hm01b0. the detail source code is here
We have not adapt the hm010 to the person detect demo.
