Code.py for PICO_SPI_CAM Examples

I’m trying to work Arducam Mini 2MP Plus and Pico with software in PICO_SPI_CAM/Python at master · ArduCAM/PICO_SPI_CAM · GitHub

According to “Copy the file under PICO_SPI_CAM/Python/ path except boot.py to the Pico device.”, code.py is included.
But, code.py is missing in it now.

Would you please help me to get it.

I looked at the history and found no commit with code.py . Can you elaborate? Like a document or a commit.
