Cannot find corresponding deb package for Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit kernel 5.15.136-tegra

I’m trying to set up an Arducam IMX708 camera on my NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit, but I can’t find the corresponding deb package for my kernel. Kernel version is 5.15.136-tegra-36.3.0-20240424200557. I’ve been digging through the repos and nothing seems to match this exact kernel build. Does anyone know which package I should actually be using for this?

Thanks for the details. Could you post a couple of pictures of your Orin Nano, front and back? The deb package can depend on the exact board/carrier revision, and with the Orin Nano there are a few different revisions that use different device trees. A picture of the board will help us pin down which build you need.

I also can’t get the IMX708 camera to run at all on the new Jetson Orin Nano 8GB. I’m on firmware version 36.3.0-gcid-36106755 and JetPack 6.0. I’d like to request driver support for this combination. Here’s what I’m seeing on my end:

Am I supposed to use a specific driver package for JetPack 6.0? The older instructions I found only seem to cover earlier JetPack versions, and none of them line up with my setup.

That’s helpful, thanks. Can you also post a picture of the back of the Orin Nano? The silkscreen markings on the back will tell us which revision of the 8GB board you have, and that directly affects which deb/driver build is compatible with your unit.

Thanks for posting those. Based on the revision you have, this looks like a known issue with the IMX708 on JetPack 6.0 / Orin Nano 8GB. There’s an active thread where this exact combination is being tracked. Please follow the steps and updates in this link:

Current status is that this is still under investigation — there isn’t a confirmed working deb package for that exact kernel yet. I’d suggest keeping an eye on that thread for the driver update.
