Can the B0332 (USB/UVC) product communicate with the OV9281's SCCB (I2C)?

For this product, is it possible to issue a virtual pan/tilt command or communicate with the OV9281’s SCCB bus so I can do it manually using one of your libraries or the UVC interface somehow? If not and I were to electrically tie into the I2C interface and change the view window to be a smaller oddball shape (like 64x64 pixels), would the data continue to be transferred over USB properly to the host?

Also, do the shield products have a UVC interface, or can they only be controlled via the special driver and library?
