Arducam64 opencv issue

When I try to run the exemple code:

import time

cap = cv2.VideoCapture(0)
cap.grab()

cap.set(cv2.CAP_PROP_AUTOFOCUS, 1)
time.sleep(2)
cap.set(cv2.CAP_PROP_AUTOFOCUS, 0)
time.sleep(2)
cap.set(cv2.CAP_PROP_FOCUS, 123)


cap.set(cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_WIDTH, 640)
cap.set(cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_HEIGHT, 480)

while(True):

    ret, frame = cap.read()

    cv2.imshow('frame', frame)

I get the following message:
