Arducam Missing Jetson Nano

  1. Where did you get the camera module(s)? Amazon

  2. Model number of the product(s)? 8mp imx219

  3. What hardware/platform were you working on? jetson nano

  4. Instructions you have followed. (link/manual/etc.) arducam site

  5. Problems you were having? ERROR: This script does not work on Python 3.6 The minimum supported Python version is 3.7. Please use https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/3.6/get-pip.py instead.

  6. The dmesg log from your hardware?

  7. Troubleshooting attempts you’ve made? I followed the instructions from the arducam site and the directions are not current since they lead me to the noted error. I have no idea what this means ‘https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/3.6/get-pip.py instead’ relative to this board and camera

  8. What help do you need? What do I do with this error? there is a py update issue. No camera is found although the camera is plugged into the jetson board.

Which tutorial did you follow to use the camera?
At which step in the tutorial the problem occurred, please explain in detail.

Please also tell me the specific hardware model of your Jetson Nano and the corresponding l4T version.

The instructions in the box say to type in a string “Display=:0.0…”
When I type that in to the terminal is says no camera found.
I bought an other camera and the same thing happened.
