Hi everyone. I’m trying to get the Arducam 12MP MINI IMX477 Synchronized Stereo Camera Bundle Kit working on my Jetson Xavier NX, and I’m stuck at the driver install. I’m on Jetpack 5.1 with a freshly flashed system. The installer keeps failing with:
Cannot find the corresponding deb package, please send the following information to [email protected]
Before running the Arducam installer, I also did the Jetson IO pin configuration like this:
sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py
→ Configure Jetson Nano CSI Connector
→ Configure for compatible hardware
→ Camera IMX477 Dual
→ Save pin changes
→ Save and reboot to reconfigure pins
Got it, thanks. Let me recap what I see so you can double check: 12MP MINI IMX477 Synchronized Stereo Bundle Kit on Xavier NX Developer Kit, Jetpack 5.1, kernel 5.10.104-tegra-35.2.1-20230124153320, fresh flash. The error from the installer means it looked for a prebuilt deb that matches your kernel / Jetpack combination and couldn’t find one.
I checked the supported versions list, and Jetpack 5.1 is not on it for this camera driver. The install script only has prebuilt packages for specific Jetpack releases, and 5.1 isn’t one of them, which is why it can’t locate a matching deb package.
I’ve attached the supported Jetpack version list to this post for reference. The fix is to flash one of the supported Jetpack versions, then go through the same flow again: run the jetson-io configuration for IMX477 Dual, reboot, and run ./install_full.sh -m imx477_stereo. Your jetson-io steps looked correct, so keep those as-is. The issue here is purely the Jetpack version compatibility.
