Hi, I’m stuck trying to get an Arducam IMX477 12.3MP CSI camera working on my Jetson Xavier NX. When I run the driver installation it just fails and gives me this:
“Cannot find the corresponding deb package, please send the following information to [email protected]”
I tried running the install script for the IMX477 driver and it reports that there’s no matching deb package. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Anyone know how to get past this?
Hi, thanks for the details. The kernel and Jetson type you pasted are exactly what the installer needs, so the fact that it can’t find a matching deb package usually means the driver package for your specific kernel build hasn’t been built/matched for that version.

Same environment as before — Xavier NX Developer Kit, that exact kernel. Is there something in the thread I’m supposed to do differently? The steps there don’t quite line up with what I’m seeing.
No problem — let’s make sure we’re on the same page for your exact kernel build, since 4.9.299-tegra-32.7.3-20221122092958 is a fairly specific L4T release and the driver has to match it.
A couple of things that help narrow it down:
Confirm the output of:
uname -a
cat /etc/nv_tegra_release
Confirm the installer you’re running and the exact point where it bails out (paste the last ~10 lines of the script output).
