Hi everyone, I’m trying to change the serial number on my Arducam B0362 (the IMX291 WDR low-light varifocal USB camera). I downloaded the Arducam serial number tool software last week, but it doesn’t recognize the camera at all - the tool just acts like nothing is connected. The camera is the one from here: Arducam 2.8-12mm Varifocal Lens Web Camera with 1/2.8" IMX291 Image Sensor, 1080P@30fps WDR Low Light USB Camera with CCTV Video Lens for Android, Linux, Windows and Mac OS. Has anyone else run into this with the B0362?
Hi, this is Dion from the Arducam support team. The B0362 should work with the serial number tool, so it sounds like the version you downloaded may be incorrect or needs to be replaced. I’ve sent you the correct file through private message - please check your messages, download it, and try the serial number tool again with your B0362.
Thanks for the quick reply. I tried to access the file you shared, but it’s asking me to request access. I sent a request from my Gmail account and I’m still waiting for it to be approved, so I can’t download it yet.
